Gaiman Embroidered Bandana

£6.00 £9.00

Hand frayed dog bandana made from beautifully woven fabric, makes the perfect accessories for your adventure loving, forest dwelling dog. Inspired by the Welsh settlements of South America.

Y Wladfa ("The Colony"), also occasionally Y Wladychfa Gymreig ("The Welsh Settlement"), refers to the establishment of settlements by Welsh immigrants in Patagonia, beginning in 1865, mainly along the coast of the lower Chubut Valley.

The Welsh-Argentine community is centred on Gaiman, Trelew, and Trevelin. Chubut estimates the number of Patagonian Welsh speakers to be about 1,500, while other estimates put the number at 5,000.

Caring for your bandanas

  • Always air dry for best results and keep flat when trying.

NOTE: This is a fashion accessory and should only be worn under supervision.

Each bandana is handmade so some sizing may vary slightly.

Please be aware that although we always try our very best to show accurate colours of the leads in our photos, these may vary depending on the device you are viewing the image on.

*All bandanas are made by hand to order so can take 3 - 5 business days before they are dispatched.
