How long does it take to process an order?
All Wildbarc handmade items are made to order by us in Wales. Please allow up to 5 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) for your items to be handcrafted and shipped. Our settle mats can take a little longer to make so can take 10 - 14 days before they are dispatched. If you have ordered other items with your settle mat these will be shipped together. Normal processing times apply on top of the postage times detailed below.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as soon as we are aware of any delays.

Shipment confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped as well as a Royal Mail Tracking number. If you have not received your Tracking information please get in touch.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation it may have made its way to your emails spam folder so please check this before contacting us.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
