Due to the nature of almost all our products being handmade to order we need to ensure we have enough time to make up all your wonderful goods. We have detailed in all our product pages the expected turnaround times for dispatch which we aim to be 3 - 5 business days. Our Settle Mats take a bit longer. Please ensure you fully read through the product description to make an informed decision before placing your order during the holiday season.

We also have a selection of ready made items which are ready to ship. These include Cookware, t-shirts, magazines, books, patches, notebooks, caps, beanies, notebooks and maps. Please assume that any other products on our website are hand made to order.

United Kingdom Shipping

• Tracked48: Wednesday 15th December for all hand made items (Until Midnight)
• Tracked48: Monday 18th December for all ready made items (Until Midnight)
• Tracked24 :Tuesday 19th December for all ready made items (Until Midnight)

We will be doing absolutely everything we can to ensure your orders arrive in time for the big day but we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. Our promise is that your order will be dispatched to Royal Mail on time and where possible sooner. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched by us (please check your spam folder if you haven't received your email). When your order is in the hands of Royal Mail it is there responsibility to ensure it arrives in time as detailed in the Royal Mail Final Posting Days.

International & European Shipping

Please note the final shipping date for international and european orders has now passed. All orders have been dispatched by us to Royal Mail and we have everything crossed that the couriers and customs play their part in getting your orders to you on time.

Give the gift of adventure with a Wildbarc gift card. The perfect gift for adventure and outdoor enthusiasts, our gift cards can be used on all items across the store. Once purchased they will arrive via email within an hour or two. So even on the 24th December you'll still be able to gift some Wildbarc goodies to a loved one!

Opening Hours

As a super small family run business (just the two of us, and a little pup) we would like to take the opportunity to have a well earned break and spend some time with our families. We will always try to respond to any emails or social media messages but please be patient should we take a little longer to reply than usual, we greatly appreciate your understanding. 

Below are the dates we will be closed over the holiday period, however please do continue to support us! If you have seen something you wish to order then we will be fulfilling your orders during our opening days but again there may be some delays to our usual dispatch times as we will be catching up on days missed. 

• Closed: Sunday 24th December, Monday 25th December and Tuesday 26th December.
• Open: Wednesday 27th December, Thursday 28th December, Friday 29th December and Saturday 30th December.
• Closed: Sunday 31st December and Monday 1st January.

You already know that we are so so so grateful for the support you give our little shop and even though we may be closed a few days we are still very much open for business!
