Having delved into photography since the tender age of 11, Pete Davis cultivated his craft over a decade, specializing in advertising and fashion photography. Eventually, he made a significant move to rural West Wales, igniting a prolific journey across the British Isles, Europe, and the USA, undertaking various photographic projects. With an impressive tenure of 18 years as a senior lecturer in Documentary Photography at the University of Wales, Newport, and a further nine years as a course leader, Pete has remained deeply engaged in academia. Today, he shares his expertise across multiple universities while simultaneously immersing himself in diverse projects, perpetuating his enduring passion for the art of image-making.
