How much does shipping cost?

We provide Tracked shipping on all orders which helps protect your goods in transit.

We provide FREE Shipping with all orders over £50.00 (UK Only)

How long does shipping take?

In addition to the below and due to the nature of our products being made to order, all handmade products can take up to 5 days (not including weekends & bank holidays) before they are dispatched. Our settle mats can take a little longer to make so can take 10 - 14 days before they are dispatched. If you have ordered other items with your settle mat these will be shipped together. If you need it sooner please get in touch.

All orders placed from the UK usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. If you placed a European order it can take up to 7 business days and Worldwide can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Allow for a little extra time if ordering on weekends.

How will my order be sent?

All our deliveries are sent from the UK using Royal Mail’s Tracked service (unless stated).

If outside the UK, your parcel will be taken over by your National Postal Service once it has been passed through UK Customs. Please be aware that orders placed outside the UK may incur a handling fee and additional costs. 

Wildbarc are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.  

I can't see the lead I wanted, is it still available?

All the leads we have available are listed on our website, some may be very limited in numbers so don't miss out. We announce all new colours and products on our Instagram page @wildbarc so keep an eye on this for all new arrivals. If it says 'Sold Out' then we will try our very best to get them back sooner, rather later.

How accurate are the product sizes stated on your website?

Although we try our very best to ensure all measurements of our collars, leads, treat pouches, bowls and martingales are accurate this can sometimes differ slightly. Should you require any additional information before placing your order please contact us.

My lead got dirty, can I wash it?

YES! All Wildbarc leads are made to last and stand the test of an outdoor adventure. Wash the rope by hand in warm soapy water. Don't use detergents or bleaches, a washing up liquid will do the trick. Hang out to dry uncoiled and you'll add so much more life to your lead.
