All our products are quality tested and fully checked for any defects before dispatching however if you have any problems at all please just drop us a message.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returning your Wildbarc purchase(s)

To start a return, you must contact us at wildbarc@gmail.com or send us a message to inform us that you would like to return the item(s). Please do not contact us via our social media channels as your message may get lost but should you do so we will redirect you to the contact page on our website to start the returns process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on items which are faulty or damaged are free of charge and a prepaid label will be emailed to you so you can send it back to us via Royal Mail with no cost to yourself. 

Items being returned due to change of mind, wrong size or colour will be at cost to yourself, the sender. Please be aware that we do not refund the cost of the original postage paid or any costs related to returning the item(s). The only exception to this rule is if the item(s) was damaged through no fault of you, the customer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as paw wax).  Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and return your money to you.
